Light and fluffy waffles my mother would make for us growing up.
In a stand mixer, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Mix in egg yolks, milk, water and oil, until well combined. Fold in egg whites. Pour batter into a waffle maker and cook according to manufacturer’s directions.

These were a good basic fluffy waffle recipe. The flavor lacked a bit of depth, however, so If I made these again, I would pair them with an interesting fruit topping.
