Description

Gluten and dairy-free chocolate and peanut butter waffles.

Ingredients

  • 210 grams Gluten Free Self Raising Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Caster Sugar
  • 225 milliliters Dairy Free Natural Yoghurt
  • 45 grams Dairy Free Spread, Melted
  • 1  Egg
  • 150 milliliters Dairy Free Milk
  • 4 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 4 Tablespoons Dairy Free Chocolate Spread

Preparation

To make the waffles, combine all the ingredients (except the chocolate spread) in a large bowl and mix until light and fluffy.

Heat waffle iron and spray with olive oil. Pour mixture into waffle iron and cook for 8 minutes until golden brown.

Once cooked, spread waffles with dairy free chocolate spread. Sandwich two waffles together and slice diagonally.
