These overnight oats are layered with a mixture of strawberry jam, cream cheese and Greek yogurt for a quick and easy breakfast that feels like dessert!
In a small bowl, stir together the softened cream cheese and 1 1/2 tablespoon of strawberry jam until smooth and creamy. Divide the mixture between cups, spreading out on the bottom.
Divide the sliced strawberries on top of the cheesecake layer. Then, layer 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt into each cup.
In a medium bowl, stir together the remaining Greek yogurt, oats and milk until creamy and well mixed. Divide between cups, and place into the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, top each cup with 1/2 tablesooon of the remaining strawberry jam, mix together and devour.
