Description

A gluten-free and vegan smoothie bowl made with pears and blueberries.

Ingredients

  • 140 grams Pears, Peeled And Cored
  • 100 milliliters Apple Juice
  • 25 grams Gluten Free Oats
  • 140 grams Blueberries
  • 120 milliliters Dairy Free Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Gluten Free Granola

Preparation

Blend pears, apple juice and gluten-free oats. Set aside.

Blend blueberries and dairy free milk. Pour blueberry smoothie into a bowl and top with the pear smoothie. Sprinkle on some gluten-free granola and a few blueberries.
