Moist and delicious pumpkin pancakes. The perfect fall breakfast.
In a large batter bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Make a well in the center and add in milk, pumpkin puree, egg and butter and stir until well combined.
Preheat a large greased skillet and pour desired amount of batter. Flip pancakes when tiny pin size bubbles begin to form.
Serve warm.

Oh my goodness I made these for dinner tonight and everyone even the four kids loved them! Very filling without making you feel weighted down afterward. We will definitely be making these again.

delish! Made these this morning for my grandkids and husband, using a pumpkin from our garden last summer! What a hit they were, especially fun since the grands had helped with growing the pumpkin!
