Great thin pancakes for breakfast of dessert!
Crepes:
1. In big bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt
2. In smaller bowl, mix eggs, milk and melted butter
3. Slowly incorporate liquid into dry ingredients, whisking frequently
4. To cook, pour ladle of batter in skillet. Tilt the pan to spread batter. Cook about 30 seconds and flip. Press with spatula to keep crepe flat
Caramelized Bananas:
1. Slice bananas
2. Melt butter and sugar in saucepan over medium heat
3. Cook and stir for about 3 minutes
4. Add bananas and remove from heat. Toss to coat
5. Pour over crepes

Mmmmmmm!
Perfect and easy recipe.
I filled them with caramelized bananas and homemade whipped cream.
