An old standby, this breakfast dish always delivers—an easy breakfast, brunch or late-night casserole.
Saute sausage and drain well. Grease a 9×13 casserole and put the bread cubes in the bottom of it. Crumble sausage over bread. Beat eggs, milk, mustard and salt together and pour over the meat. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake for 1 hour at 350ºF.
May be frozen.
