Ever wondered how to make eggs for a crowd? Learn an easy, healthy way to cook eggs in the oven! Gluten-free, paleo and low carb!
Preheat oven to 400ºF and generously spray a nonstick muffin pan with cooking spray.
Crack each egg into a muffin cavity, being careful not the break the yolk. Sprinkle each with salt and pepper.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until yolk is cooked to desired runny-ness. If they don’t come out the pan right away, just run a butter knife around the edges. Devour.
