Description

This is a quick meal in itself made with ingredients you have on hand. You can add breakfast meat or keep it meatless for your vegetarians.

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 1-½ cup Milk
  • ½ cups Bisquick Baking Mix
  • ⅓ cups Butter
  • 3 slices Cheese, American Or Cheddar

Preparation

Preheat over to 350 degrees F.

Mix above ingredients well. Pour into a greased 9 inch pie pan.

Add meat(s), cheeses or vegetables of your choice if desired, dunking under the mixture with a fork.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-45 minutes.

You can triple this recipe using a 9×13″ pan adding extra baking time.

I think I’ve made this over 2 dozen times, and it’s a great basic recipe. I know add different spices, Tabasco, etc., and it’s a quick and delicious meal. Take this and make it your own.

This was the first quiche that I ever made, and I think that this is awesome!
I think that this is a little bland. (maybe because I used homemade Bisquick Mix) I will definitely add about 1/2 teaspoon of salt next time.
But this was DELICIOUS!

This was pretty good and definitely fast and easy. I like that you can just add whatever you have veggies or meats. I didnt think 3 Eggs would be enough, but it was!! Thanks for the recipe

Really delicious for as simple as it is. I don’t use Bisquick, so I just looked up a quick substitution (google). I had to bake for a little longer than 45 min. Turned out great though.
