This is one of my favorite homemade dressings and it’s quick to make! A food processor is a must for this recipe, because you need to be able to slowly drizzle the oil into the mixture as it emulsifies the egg and the oil and gives it a nice texture.
1. Mix all ingredients except oil in a food processor.
2. While running the ingredients in the processor, slowly drizzle oil through the top of the processor.
3. Serve with mixed greens.

Just made this, it tastes wonderful, almost like the restaurant creamy parmesan I have had.
