This is an easy go to meal! It doesn’t take long to make and is num yummy!
Pour olive oil and butter into a pan on medium heat. While those are getting all pretty and melty together, slice the onion and bell peppers into strips. Once the pan has heated up, toss in the veggies and let them get soft.
While the veggies are softening, dice up the chicken breast. Sprinkle the diced breast with salt, pepper, and Italian seasonings.
By this time the veggies should be tender enough to toss the chicken in with them. Sprinkle entire pan with garlic powder.
While the chicken is cooking, heat up another pan to medium heat. Slice the French loaf in half, then lengthwise, making two sub rolls. Butter each side generously and place on the pan to grill.
By now this chicken should be done. Put two slices of cheese on each roll and top with chicken and veggies, and any other condiment of your choice!
