Chicken baked in a hot fries coating. Mmm.
This isn’t a precise recipe. Just use the amounts of flour, milk and hot fries you deem necessary for the amount of chicken you use.
Dip your chicken pieces in first the flour, then the milk, then the hot fries. Plop them in a lightly greased pan and bake at 350F for 50 minutes to an hour or until the juice runs clear.
Somewhere along the way the hot fries lost a little of their kick. If you like things hotter, you could always add some Tabasco or wing sauce to the milk. In fact you could add whatever makes your skirt fly up. Cheese? Cilantro? Mustard? Done as strips or nuggets? Fabuloso.
