Grilled fish with Papa sauce, accompanied by a comfortable toasted baguette with melted cheese and the perfect red wine.
In a skillet over medium high heat, saute all the chopped ingredients (tomato, onion, garlic) in a little amount of water and olive oil and seasoned with oregano and salt until totally reduced.
In the meantime, over medium high heat, grill the Mahi-mahi with blackened redfish blend for around 12 minutes.
Serve the fish with the sauce topping and some warm baguette (French style bread) with melted cheese.
