A great way to eat turkey burgers if your family isn’t sold on the turkey revolution yet.
Note: seasoning amounts are to your preference.
Thaw out your burger. Season well with Lawry’s season salt and garlic powder.
In a bowl, mash avocado. Add garlic salt, adobo season, and lime to taste. Mix well.
Slice onions. Spray skillet with nonstick spray. Saute onions until tender and clear.
Grill burger on a medium-high grill pan for about 5 minutes. Flip and grill for 5 more minutes or until cooked through. Top with pepper jack cheese and leave on the grill until the cheese is melted.
Place burger on the bun and top with sauteed onions. Spread guacamole on top of the bun and place on burger.
Serve with corn on the cob sprinkled with lime and cilantro.
