Description

These are so easy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Country Style (CS) Boneless Pork Ribs
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Water

Preparation

Place ribs in crock-pot. Cover with barbeque sauce and water – 1/2 cup water to every 1 cup of BBQ sauce.

Cook on high for about 4-5 hours (or low for about 8 hours) or until meat falls apart. Best served with mashed potatoes.

***You don’t really need boneless, I just think they’re better. But you really do need to make sure they’re country style – sometimes it just says “CS” – they’re not the same as normal ribs – they’re a lot meatier.

These were delicious and so easy! I reduced the water to about 1/4 per cup of BBQ sauce and then did as amberlee suggested and baked them for a few with BBQ on top. We felt awful wasting all the good liquid in the bottom of the crock pot so I put in on the stove to reduce down (on med-high heat for about 10 mins) and it made the most amazing BBQ sauce flavored with the rib drippings and BBQ we started with. Delicious!

I made this last night and it was soo good. The sauce was really watery though. After they were finished cooking, i placed the ribs on a baking sheet, brushed on some new BBQ sauce and baked them for ten-fifteen minutes and they were GREAT!!

Ohmylord this is heaven! I made this today and it is to die for. I only had about a cup of bbq sauce so I added a cup of pureed stewed tomatoes. Ohmygoodness. Sooooooo good.

I made these tonight. My crockpot makes soup out of everything, so I didn’t add as much water as called for. I added plain tomato sauce instead. The juice still turned out too watery, but boy this meat is GREAT! My husband loves it without any extra sauce just because the meat is so flavorful! Also, I served this with rice because I found that my potatoes had gone bad. The rice and BBQ together was great!

Great recipe!
Takes a lot of BBQ sauce but was yummy on top of mashed potatoes, so my husband gives it the thumbs up
