Yum… I could eat this whole plate!
Start by thawing out your spinach. You want to squeeze all the moisture out of it by putting it into a dish towel and squeezing with all your might.
Beat four eggs with a wire whisk and then whisk in the cream.
Chop onions finely. Dump the onions, crumbly bacon, cheeses and spinach into the bowl and mix well.
Then pour the mixture into a greased 9″ pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
Viola!
