Description

Man food at its finest! This is the perfect combination of cheese, pepperoni, and ham enveloped in a thick delicious crust.

Ingredients

  • 2 loaves Frozen Bread Dough
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Garlic Powder
  • 8 ounces, weight Deli Ham
  • 8 ounces, weight Swiss Cheese, Sliced
  • 2 cups Mozzarella, Shredded
  • 8 ounces, weight Pepperoni
  • Butter, For Spreading On The Baked Crust

Preparation

Note: frozen dough can be replaced by Homemade Stromboli Dough. See separate recipe. (I recommend it!)

Roll the dough out flat on a cookie sheet. Lightly sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the dough.

On half the dough, layer ham, cheese, and pepperoni. Don’t be afraid to use lots of pepperoni. It’s best that way!

Fold over the other half of the dough and pinch ends together. Polk the top with a fork to allow steam to vent.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until top is golden brown.

Rub the crust with butter before serving.

Tastes excellent with ranch dressing!
