Burgers made with canned tuna fish!
Combine all ingredients except oil, buns and garnishes. Mold into 4 burgers.
Add oil to frying pan and heat well. Fry each burger about 2 minutes on each side until a nice crust forms.
Then place on buns with tartar sauce or coleslaw or a slice of cheese and tomato and yummy!
This is a good recession recipe, a nice change from hot dogs and beans nite.
