Very good and easy!
Melt butter in a small pan. Heat your oven up on Broil setting.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika over pork chops. Place on a rimmed cookie sheet. Pour butter over the pork chops. Broil until lightly brown. Turn over and do the same on other side. Remove from oven. Change your oven setting to 350F.
Spray some cooking spray in a baking dish (the size of a cake pan). Add rice, water and the soup to the baking dish and stir until well mixed. Place porkchops in the rice (try to cover the chops with rice mixture as much as possible.
Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 1 hour and thirty minutes.

I have cooked pork chops and rice before using those ingredent, but I never broiled my chops first, this is a great way to brown the chops, I will be preparing my dish this way today. Thanks.
