Super easy to prepare and delicious!
Clean, core and deseed red pepper and slice into julienne strips. Peel avocado and slice. Slice the bagels. Toasting bagel is optional.
Spread Italian dressing and hummus on bagel (to taste) and pile on all remaining ingredients!
The veggies that go into this are very adaptable….add what you like and take out what you don’t like. It would also be good with some provolone cheese.
