A quick, healthy and tasty meal of chicken, broccoli and rice. Perfect for lunch!
Cook Minute Rice according to package directions, adding 1 teaspoon of bouillon in with the water.
Using food processor (or by hand) chop the cooked chicken and raw broccoli into chicken salad sized pieces.
Mix into cooked rice, along with the dressing. Sprinkle with fresh grated Parmesan.
Eat warm, or cold.
Alternately, skip the rice and have it as a sandwich filling.

Looks delicious! I’ll have to look for garlic and bacon dressing.
