Rich and not low calorie!
Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts. Slit a pocket lengthwise down the side of each breast.
Evenly divide dried beef into 4 piles and insert one pile into each pocket of the breast.
Brown onions and garlic in butter.
Combine the cream of mushroom soup and the sour cream.
Arrange breast in pan and cover with the onion/garlic mixture and then the soup/ sour cream mixture.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 mins or until breasts are done.
