This may be “breakfast” pizza, but we love it for dinner or anytime! I’m constantly being asked for the recipe for this one.
Brown sausage and drain.
Separate rolls into 8 triangles. Place on ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center. Press over bottom and up sides to form crust. Sprinkle with potatoes and sausage. Top with cheese.
In bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper and sauce. Pour over potatoes and sausage. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake in 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.

I made this for brunch this morning. It was delicious and so simple! My husband even liked it and he is not a huge fan of breakfast cassarole type dishes. Thank you!

I make this, but have never thought to cut into pizza slices! Maybe my kids will eat it then:-)

Looking for something different to add to the weekend breakfast rotation. This is perfect! Can’t wait to try it.
