Delicious chicken, bacon, ranch pizza with a drizzle of hot sauce on top!
To make the chicken:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Put the chicken in a shallow dish. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup ranch and 2 tablespoons hot sauce. Pour over top of the chicken and coat both sides. Cook for about 30-40 minutes, until the chicken is white throughout and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Then remove from heat, let it rest, and once it has slightly cooled, cut into thin strips.
To make the pizza:
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F and heat a pizza stone for 30 minutes.
While the oven and stone are preheating, use your hands to pull and stretch your pizza dough to the shape you want. You should spread it pretty thin, but not so thin that it rips. Use a spoon to spread 1/4 cup ranch all over the dough, leaving a crust. Sprinkle the cheese on top, leaving a crust around the edges. Layer the bacon, chicken, tomatoes, green onions and green peppers on top. Drizzle with remaining hot sauce if desired.
Transfer the pizza to the pizza stone in the oven in whatever fashion you find easiest (pizza peel or by sliding it onto the pizza stone, etc.).
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly. Let it sit about five minutes, then cut!
