A fun alternative to burgers, this meal is great for a crowd and sure to please everyone!
1. Cook beef, onion, and celery in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown. Drain.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
3. Fill toasted buns with beef mixture.
