To make this dish it will only take you 15 minutes–okay, 18 minutes–and its fresh lemon flavor will make you fall in love with it!
It is a perfect meal if you are running out of time and your children/husband is screaming and crying for food or after a busy day at work.
First thing, dust the pork chop with flour.
Drop a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a skillet and lay the pork chop on the skillet. Sprinkle on top some salt, black pepper and rosemary. Cook ove low-medium heat on both sides (about 10 minutes).
When the meat is almost ready, squeeze the juice of a lemon and cook for a few more minutes at medium-high heat. Remove from heat and serve on a plate with your favorite side.
