Get your daily serving of vegetables in one delicious burger! Turkey, red peppers, poblano peppers, onions and carrots inside of the burger and avocado, sprouts and tomatoes on top of it! Healthy is also yummy!
Mix well the turkey, red pepper, poblano, onion, carrots, oatmeal, and egg with your hands. Form four equal-size patties. Oil grill with oiled paper towel held with tongs. Grill 6-7 minutes (over medium-low heat) per side then flip, and grill 6-7 minute on the other side. With one minute remaining, lay one cheese slice on each patty. Place on a bun. Add sliced avocado, sprouts, mayo and tomatoes to top.
