Coating and baking chicken with a yogurt “marinade” makes this chicken taste out of this world. It sounds weird, but believe me, it is delicious.
I wrote the recipe for boneless skinless chicken breasts or tenders, but it would also be great for bone-in chicken.
I usually serve this with couscous and a Greek style salad.
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
If you are using chicken breasts, pound them to a uniform thickness, about 1″ thick, then cut them into tender-sized pieces.
In a bowl, combine yogurt and spices. Mix until combined. Add the chicken pieces. Pour everything into a baking dish and spread into an even layer.
Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
