Chicken Salad Filled Croissants

Description
A delectable taste treat — so many great flavors! Wonderful to serve at a luncheon with fruit.
Ingredients
- 1-½ pound Cooked Chicken
- 1 cup Diced Celery
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- ¾ cups Halved Grapes
- ⅓ cups Golden Raisins
- ½ cups Toasted And Chopped Walnuts
- 1 whole Diced Avocado
- 1 whole Diced Golden Delicious Apple
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 3 sprigs Chopped Green Onions
- 8 whole Croissants
Preparation
Gently prepare and mix together all ingredients, except croissants.
To save time, you can buy an already cooked rotisserie chicken instead of cooking your own.
Chicken salad will fill 8 large croissants. Enjoy!

Good Stuff. There are all different chicken salad variations and they’re all good on croissants. I make them and my friends do all the time. Defintely a favorite!!
