A quick, throw-together weeknight meal that is sure to please anyone in your family. Or perfect for a dinner party when you just don’t feel like doing any work!
In a baking dish or a jelly roll pan, spread out the raw shrimp, peeled and deveined, medium or large. Add the wine (to be honest, I add as much wine as I feel necessary) and minced garlic over the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix bread crumbs, butter and fresh parsley. Mix until combined. Sprinkle on top of shrimp until shrimp is covered, but do NOT toss.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15-18 minutes, or until shrimp are opaque.
Serve alone with crusty bread and a salad, or with angel hair pasta and crusty bread. Just PLEASE do not forget the crusty bread. It soaks up all the delicious juices! I’m just here to help.
