Added this to the weekly menu for something different to try. Really easy to make and tasty too.

This was wonderful!! I made this for my husband and son who had spent a long, hot day harvesting rice. They loved it so much. I tripled the recipe (they have BIG appetites) and there wasn’t anything left to put away! Thanks so much for sharing this easy wonderful recipe!

OMGoodness…SO easy and SO delicious!! Only change I made was leaving out bean sprouts, not a fan. Topped it off with a bit of shredded cabbage instead. I chopped the chicken up a bit with my chopper after browning it and used Butter Lettuce, my fave restaurant uses it in their Lettuce Wraps) I’d give this recipe 20 mitts if I could! Thank you Tracy!
