Easy g-to and kid-friendly meal! A layered mix of Spaghetti-O’s, corn, ground beef, and more. A great mid-week meal using pantry staples created by my sister for her new husband, combining his favorites!
Preheat oven to 375F.
While the oven is warming, brown the ground beef (or ground turkey) and onion. Add the spices to the meat and onion while cooking.
In a 2-quart casserole dish, or an 8×8 baking dish, layer ground beef/onion mixture, corn, Spaghetti-Os and top with cheese. Put in the oven until warmed through and cheese is melted.
(If you want to keep this recipe basic, omit the spices. Or if you like another spice blend, try it out!)

This one brings back memories. I ate a ton of spaghetti-os when I was growing up.
