This is a recipe I came up with after trying something similar at a nearby Mexican restaurant. It gets rave reviews every time I serve it. It is super easy and yummy, and it freezes really well.
Place all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Shred chicken and cook for another hour. Serve as a filling for tacos, or on top of salad.
Notes:
-The ingredients may seem strange, but this stuff really is yummy!
-You can add extra green chilies if you like it spicy.

This was very yummy! It was a bit sweet, which was a nice surprise. Froze the leftovers for a treat another day.
