Yum Yum Salad

Description
This is one of my grandma’s old recipes. My family loves it and I make it for every family gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Crushed Pineapple
- 1 package Lemon Jello
- 1 cup Cold Water
- ½ cups Nuts
- ½ cups Grated Longhorn Cheese
- ½ cups Whipped Cream
Preparation
Boil sugar and pineapple for 5 minutes. Add lemon jello which has been dissolved in the cold water. Let nearly set, then mix in nuts, cheese, and whipped cream. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
