Description

I make this whenever the mood strikes me. It’s delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Pizza Dough
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ½ cups Ranch Dressing
  • 1-½ cup Diced Or Shredded Chicken
  • 6 slices Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
  • ½ cups Diced Fresh Tomatoes
  • ½ cups Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • ½ cups Asiago Cheese, Shredded

Preparation

For the dough recipe, I Use “Five Minute Pizza Dough” which you can find in TK member ABusyNest’s recipe box.

Drizzle olive oil onto a pizza pan and spread until it’s evenly distributed. Rub your hands with olive oil and then pat the pizza dough into a circle on your pizza pan (oil keeps the dough from sticking).

Spread the Ranch dressing onto your pizza dough (use more if you like it saucy). Top your pizza with chicken, bacon, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Cover your pizza with the mozzarella and then sprinkle on the Asiago.

Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until edges of pizza are a light/medium golden brown. Remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes before cutting into 8 wedges. Have extra Ranch dressing handy for the dippers in your life and enjoy!

Wonderful! The kids and I always enjoy this when we eat out but never thought of making it myself at home. A nice change once in a while from my usual favorite pizza. Thanks for sharing!
