You won’t regret this. So quick and easy (and cheap!) to make. It gets great reviews form my friends
1. Grind the spices finely
2. Slice the pork fillet. Slices should be about 1 cm thick.
3. Roll the sliced pork into the ground spices.
4. Fry the chopped onion in butter.
5. Add the pork and brown on both sides.
6. Cover the pan and simmer gently for 15 minutes.
7. Remove the meat from the pan.
8. Turn up the heat and add 120 mls cream and 120 mls stock. Bubble up for 5 minutes.
9. Return the meat to the pan and heat up.
10. Serve with rice or buttered noodles.
