This sandwich comes together in no time. And it’s oh so good!
Combine roast beef and Italian dressing in a pan, simmer on medium heat until heated through.
Meanwhile, in a separate pan, melt butter; add onions and peppers, saute until translucent and browned.
Split hoagies and top with roast beef, onions and peppers. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian cheese (to taste).
Broil till golden brown and cheese is melted.
