These are crispy little nuggets with a creamy honey mustard dipping sauce.
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
Put cornstarch in a bowl and beaten eggs in a separate bowl.
Dredge chicken in cornstarch, then in the egg mixture.
Drizzle olive oil in a nonstick pan and fry until chicken is golden brown.
For the Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce, in a small bowl add mayo, mustard, Grey Poupon, honey and lemon juice. Whisk to combine.
Serve with chicken nuggets or anything you like honey mustard on.
