This recipe is packed with proteins. Made out of sunflower seeds and nutritional yeast flakes, the taste will surprise you. You either love it, or hate it; but almost everybody I served it to, absolutely loved it.
Preheat oven at 350 degree
Shred the sunflower seeds into dust using a coffee grinder. Mix in bowl with all the dry ingredient, spices etc.
Add water and oil. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a oven safe greased dish. Cook for 45 mins.
Let cool down. Keep into covered plastic container.
Serve with your favorite crackers or crispy bread, toasted pita or even celery!
