A pizza version of the regional Georgia sandwich. My aunt’s favorite pizza, originally made by my uncle and slightly altered by me. Memorable and yummy!
Mix olive salad ingredients thoroughly. Let marinate for several hours.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. I use a pizza stone. First, I bake the pizza for 6 minutes on the stone with only olive oil on the dough. Then I pull it out and add the toppings (olive salad, salami, ham, provolone, mozzarella). Then return the pizza to the oven for 6-10 minutes on the rack the the top of the oven, until slightly browned.
