Another mouth-watering treat from the Patriarch!
Mix first seven (7) ingredients; shape into 20- 1 1/2 inch balls. Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, until brown (about 20 minutes).
Or, cook in an ungreased oblong pan (13x9x2) in a 400 degree oven until lightly brown, about 20-25 minutes.
Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in a skillet. Stir in pineapple with syrup, vinegar and soy sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat.
Add cooked meatballs. Cover; simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
Stir in green pepper. Cover; simmer until crisp-tender, approximately 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
