We love hot wings so I came up with this. It’s lower in fat and easier to make. My family loves these so it’s in regular rotation at our house.
Heat grill or oven. Lightly season chicken with Cajun spice, getting some under the skin if desired.
Grill on low, turning a few times, until done and juices run clear, about 25-30 minutes. Discard skin, if desired. They can also be baked in the oven.
Mix melted butter and hot sauce. Pour mixture over chicken and stir to coat. Serve with blue cheese dressing.
