A sweet and savory slow cooker roast that is sure to please! Thanks to my friend Kim, who introduced me to this quick, easy and delicious dinner.
In a bowl, combine the picante sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar and mix well. Place the roast in slow cooker and pour sauce over it. Cook on LOW setting for 6-8 hours.
Delicious served over couscous, with a green salad on the side.

I tried this because it was called Morrocan and my BF is from Morroco. The dish isn’t bad but it is not a morrocan dish. I think the main reason why I didn’t care for it much was it seemed very salty to me.
