A unique take on dinner. Serve with rice.
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Combine ground pork, ground ham**, bread crumbs, milk, and eggs in a large bowl. Mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls, and place in a 9×13 pan.
Prepare sauce.
Empty pineapple into a bowl. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch. Add to pineapple, mix well. Add soy sauce.
Pour over ham balls and bake for 50-60 minutes.
**If you don’t have a meat grinder (to grind your ham), you can use finely diced ham in it’s place. It works just as well.
