Roasted pork chops finished with a delicious maple mustard glaze. Fresh garlic and rosemary make this a wonderful dish!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Salt and pepper pork chops. Put chops into the skillet and brown on each side, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Cook chops in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes (depending on whether or not you use bone-in).
While chops are cooking, mince garlic and chop rosemary. Mix mustard and maple syrup in a bowl using a whisk. Add garlic and rosemary.
Take chops out of oven and put them on a plate. Cover with foil. Put the pan back on the burner over medium heat (be careful to not grab the handle of the pan without an oven mitt—I speak from experience!). Add the maple/mustard mixture and cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes, until slightly thickened and garlic has softened. Stir the sauce and scrape up any brown bits from the pan. Serve the chops with sauce!
