Easy, yummy, comfort food.
Pre-heat oven to 420.
Saute onion and garlic until translucent.
Add spinach and cook until all liquid has evaporated.
Mix chicken, pasta, spinach mix, sour cream, mayo, mozzarella, and season to taste with salt & pepper.
Pour into ovenproof casserole dish. Mix Parmesan and breadcrumbs and sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake 25-30 minutes.

I made this for dinner and I was disappointed. Don’t know what I did wrong but I couldn’t taste the onions nor could I taste the cheese. It was very bland. I added a whole medium size onion and I added a little more than a half cup of mozzarella. Now I have this large dish of casserole and don’t know what to do with it. I really hate to throw it away. Any suggestions?

I made this for dinner tonight and we loved it! instead of the frozen spinach I chopped up about 3/4 of a bag of spinach and just mixed it in with the cheese and sour cream. It turned out really good, definitely adding this to the rotation!
I think it would be great with some artichokes in it too!

I did make this receipe and yes it is a winner. With no amount of shells listed, I eyed balled it and used whole grain shells. This turned into a favorite for this family!!
