These are the easiest chicken tacos and they are very yummy! The chicken can also be used on salads, nachos, etc.
Put frozen chicken in the crockpot and dump in the Rotel and taco seasoning. Cook on low with the lid on for 8+ hours until the chicken is done. Stir with a fork to shred up the chicken and enjoy!!
This is SUPER DELICIOUS!!

We use this as a “base” for alot of recipes. Tacos, baked enchiladas, nachos, dips, etc…Also can use a pork roast or beef roast with the same results!!

I made these yesterday for my family. They loved them! I used four thawed chicken breasts and added 2 cans of plain diced tomatoes for extra juice. They were JUST like what you get from a Mexican restaurant! Lovely recipe. I ended up using corn tortillas and filled them with chicken and made enchiladas. Covered with some sauce from the crock pot and a can of enchilada sauce and some fresh grated cheddar. Baked at 325 until cheese was good and melted. Thanks for sharing this easy recipe!

My family loved this!!! I decided to cook up the meat Friday and serve it Saturday. I used Trader Joe’s new taco seasoning and they have an item similar to Rotel. It smelled a little too spicey so I added a can of tomato sauce. Saturday night we warmed it up and the fam totally loved it!!! Sunday we made nachos with some of the left overs! They said it’s a keeper!

I really liked these. The chicken was moist and perfect with all the taco fixings. I chose to remove it from the liquid before shredding. If you do that, it may need a little more seasoning. I will definitely make it again.
