Teriyaki Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Description
Tasty teriyaki ground turkey with crunchy and savory toppings. Fast and easy to make!
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 1 bottle Teriyaki Sauce (12 Ounce Bottle - Or Make Your Own)
- Lettuce Leaves
- ½ cups Shredded Coconut
- 1 Carrot, Shredded
- ¼ cups Peanuts
Preparation
Brown Ground Turkey; rinse. Mix in teriyaki sauce until the desired consistency. You don’t have to use the whole bottle – you really just want a coating- not a soppy mess!
Spoon Turkey mixture onto a large piece of lettuce. Top with shredded coconut, carrot strips, and peanuts (and whatever else floats your boat).
Now… try to eat it without making a huge mess!
