A new twist on a great classic. In fact our family only eats spaghetti this way now. Very addicting and delicious! This casserole also freezes very well (before it is cooked).
Grease 9×13 pan and preheat oven to 350 (unless you plan on freezing the casserole for later).
Cook spaghetti noodles thoroughly and drain. Put spaghetti back into the same pot and add cream cheese, stir in thoroughly. Add sour cream.
Pour into your prepared baking dish and spread out evenly. Layer some cheese over top and top with hamburger. Pour spaghetti sauce over hamburger.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Let sit for 5-10 minutes, then serve.
*Note: I usually make my own spaghetti sauce and add the hamburger directly into it. So use whatever you have on hand, just be sure to not have too much spaghetti or too much sauce. Also the reason you must thoroughly cook the spaghetti is so that after it has baked, it won’t be dry by absorbing more juices from the sauce.

You have ruined our taste for regular spaghetti!!! I don’t think I will ever make it again without cream cheese and
sour cream. My husband and I loved it. Great recipe!!!

I made this & only had 4 oz. of cream cheese on hand & it was still good! The leftovers were gone within 24 hours & that doesn’t happen often around our home! Great recipe!
