Description

Feel the burn. This is not for the faint of taste buds. It’s pictured here on sprouted grain bread. I made it with Trader Joe’s Wasabi Mayo. Don’t have it? Try mayo mixed with wasabi (technical definition: the green hot stuff they serve with sushi.) This is triple hot, with fresh ginger and horseradish brown mustard.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Eggs, Hardboiled
  • ½ teaspoons Chopped Fresh Ginger
  • ½ teaspoons Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Horseradish Brown Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Wasabi Mayonnaise

Preparation

Boil 2 eggs. When water is to a rolling boil, turn off the heat, cover and wait 18 minutes. Cool, refrigerate or burn your fingers trying to peel the eggs. Chop eggs. Peel and dice a small hunk of fresh ginger–pinky nail sized. Add all of the other ingredients to eggs. Mix, put on toast. Or eat straight. No one’s watching. Keep a full glass of water on hand and Kleenex to blow and mop your tears! ‘Cause this stuff is HOT.
